1 Corinthians 9

I'm tired and its late. But I decided that I should do some reading before I go to bed.

This is what we all should be doing: Starting at verse 19 (The Message)

Even though I am free of the demands and expectations of everyone, I have voluntarily become a servant to any and all in order to reach a wide range of people: religious, nonreligious, meticulous moralists, loose-living immoralists, the defeated, the demoralized—whoever. I didn't take on their way of life. I kept my bearings in Christ—but I entered their world and tried to experience things from their point of view.

This chapter has a lot in it. I recommend that you read it.
Well, I'm off to try to get Malachi back to sleep so I can go to sleep.

Such a hard balance to keep. To influence the worldly but not be worldly ourselves. People get messed up in their thinking here and think they can go to parties and clubs because they need to find the worldly and save them.

Not so, you will easily find the ungodly without having to search for them. Putting yourself in their environment causes yourself or other to stumble.
